Virtual Reality Course of Automotive Mechanics

Abstract

The module is summarized in automotive mechanics courses through virtual reality technology. This allows the student to practice automotive mechanics of any vehicle without needing the car.

Problem

The problem is based on the lack of practice resource (car) to expose the knowledge of mechanics learned in the course. It is therefore that the modality of virtual reality is suggested.

Role

Created new lesson plans based on course objectives and developed activities and integrated technology to diversify instruction.

Achievements

Introduced and encouraged debate-style classroom setting to increase student active participation and critical thinking.

Non Profit Organization Fundamentals Course

Abstract

The modules are synthesized in topics related to the legal aspects in the organizational structure of non-profit organizations. The same are thought to be taken in a shorter time to the current and in a completely online. These contain asynchronous sections with gamification integration.

Problem

The existing modules were face-to-face ones that did not allow expanding knowledge to other border areas. All the resources were by means of documents or face-to-face talks.

Role

Revamped the Non-Profit Organization Course about laws and procedures, modernizing strategies and increasing effectiveness of course sessions.

Achievements

Lesson Implementation Met all assigned learning goals through the implementation of asynchronous sections that expanded the opportunities to more people get involved.

Centralized, live repository for onboarding process.

BrandHub

Abstract

The Brandhub is a centralized, live repository for brand Overview, Messaging, Visual Identity, Differentiation, and Onboarding. The goal is to have each brand design system accessible to all employees and departments.

Problem

While the Brandhub already exists as a live intranet site, it’s used and is wide and fully implemented across the company. The training system would fulfill 2 different needs:
• Employee Onboarding Process
• Brand Consulting Guide

Role

Provide a cohesive structure that reflects an order to find the correct data for brand use.
The work developed included:
• User Experience workflow
• Definition of elements
• User Experience wireframes
• User Interface of the platform
• Interactions and design production

Achievements

Created and moderated company centralized brand hub that facilitated up-to-date project communication between departments. Provided extensive documentation manuals to external vendors and internal employees outlining all aspects of the brand use and implementation.
